TRAINING

Matrix Fitness, offers two kinds of group class – LGPT (Up To 12 Persons, ELEVATE, DRIVE, RISE & GRIND) &  SGPT (Up to 6 Persons – Tailored to individuals).

Both programmes are centred around building a strong foundation through compound movements such as the deadlift, squat, presses and rows. Whilst also creating a powerful cardiovascular system using functional fitness protocols with state of the art cardio machines, including Assault Bikes, SKI ERGs, Watt Bikes and Wolverson Rowers.

Training as part of a group of like minded individuals has proven to be a very popular method of training, due to the support and community that it creates and the accountability that it encourages.

The team spirit aspect helps to drive people to work harder in achieving their goals while being supported by the coaches and the other group members alike. New friendships are formed and support networks are made.

The nature of the programming for our group training means that every session is suitable for everybody. Matrix Fitness offers a safe and welcoming space for everyone, from complete novice to advanced athlete.

Your coach will guide you through every aspect of each session, ensuring that exercises are performed correctly with the proper technique executed.

All sessions begin with the mobalisation and activation of the joints and muscles of the body, followed by the appropriate warm up to ready the body completely for the exercises ahead. The sessions all end with a fun and challenger ‘finisher’ designed to leave the members ending on a sweaty high!
