Working 121 with your coach begins with a conversation and assessment where we find out how your body is feeling and how it is moving, once we have ascertained this, we can begin programming your bespoke training sessions.

With personal training we will look to address and correct any mobility/imbalance issues whilst simultaneously building strength and improving cardiovascular health and fitness. As you progress, so will your programming – there is no limit to your potential when it comes to moving better, becoming stronger, fitter or faster.

As part of your personal training, other benefits you receive will include nutritional guidance – We will help you have a better understanding of how to fuel your body in the best ways possible for the demand your training (and your life) puts on it, to help you recover quicker and to look and feel better!
