Matrix Fitness, offers two kinds of group class – Bootcamp, for the evening trainers and Rise & Grind, for those early risers. Both programmes are centred around building a strong foundation through compound movements such as the deadlift, squat, presses and rows. Whilst also creating a powerful cardiovascular system using functional fitness protocols with state of the art cardio machines, including Assault Bikes, SKI ERGs, Watt Bikes and Wolverson Rowers.
Training as part of a group of like minded individuals has proven to be a very popular method of training, due to the support and community that it creates and the accountability that it encourages. The team spirit aspect helps to drive people to work harder in achieving their goals while being supported by the coaches and the other group members alike. New friendships are formed and support networks are made.
